✅ Booking Policy – Char Dham Yatra
- To confirm the booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required.
- The balance amount must be paid before the start of the tour / on arrival (day 1).
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability of rooms and transport at the time of booking.
- All guest details and valid id proof must be shared at the time of booking.
- Helicopter / pony / palki services (if required) are not included and must be booked separately.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- 30 to 16 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total tour cost
- 15 to 08 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour cost
- 07 to 00 days prior to arrival / no show: 75% of the total tour cost
📌 Important Notes
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on the total package amount, not on the advance paid.
- No refund will be applicable for unused services or early departure.
- Any cancellation due to weather, road blockage, natural calamities, or government restrictions will be as per hotel and transport rules.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
